Virtual Coins Policy
Last updated: November 5, 2026
Our games may offer virtual currency (such as coins, gems or diamonds) and virtual items (such as characters, upgrades or boosts), together "Virtual Items". This policy is part of our Terms of Service.
1. A licence, not property
When you earn or buy Virtual Items, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them inside the game. You do not own them, and they are not your property.
2. No real-world value
Virtual Items have no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, services or anything of value, and cannot be cashed out, redeemed or transferred to another player or account. Any attempt to sell, buy or trade them outside the game is prohibited and may lead to account termination.
3. No gambling
Our games are for entertainment only. Any casino, poker or chance-based features use only Virtual Items with no cash value. There is no real-money gambling and no cash prizes, and success in such features does not imply future success at real-money gambling.
4. Purchases
- Purchases are processed by Apple, Google or another platform under their terms, and prices may vary by region and include taxes where applicable.
- Virtual Items are delivered to your account after the platform confirms payment. If an item does not arrive, contact us with your receipt.
- If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission before making any purchase. Parents can use platform parental controls to restrict purchases.
5. All sales are final
Except where the law requires otherwise, all purchases are final and non-refundable, including for unused Virtual Items. Refund requests for purchases made through Apple or Google must be made to them under their refund policies. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
6. Changes and loss
We may change the price, availability, quantity, design or function of Virtual Items, or stop offering them, at any time to the extent the law allows. Virtual Items may be lost if your account is terminated for breaking our Terms, if you delete your account, or if a game is discontinued, and we are not required to compensate you, unless the law says otherwise.
7. Errors
If Virtual Items are credited by mistake or through a bug or exploit, we may correct or remove them.
