End User Licence Agreement

This End User Licence Agreement ("EULA") is between you and RnT Games ("RnT") and covers the RnT apps and games you download or access (the "App"). It forms part of our Terms of Service. By installing or using the App, you agree to this EULA.
1. Licence
RnT grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment, as permitted by the usage rules of the store you got it from.
2. Restrictions
You may not: copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease or sublicense the App; reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except where the law expressly allows; remove proprietary notices; use cheats, bots or unauthorised software; or use the App to build a competing product.
3. Ownership
The App is licensed, not sold. RnT and its licensors keep all rights, title and interest in the App, including all intellectual property.
4. Updates and online features
RnT may provide updates, which may be required to keep using the App. Some features need an internet connection and may change or end over time. RnT is not obliged to provide maintenance, support or any particular feature.
5. Termination
This EULA applies until terminated. It ends automatically if you break it. On termination you must stop using and delete the App.
6. No warranty, limited liability
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. RnT's liability is limited as set out in the Terms of Service.
7. Apple App Store terms
If you got the App from Apple's App Store, you and RnT agree that:
- this EULA is between you and RnT only, not Apple, and RnT (not Apple) is solely responsible for the App and its content;
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App;
- if the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the App;
- RnT, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance and consumer protection claims;
- RnT, not Apple, is responsible for investigating and defending any third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights;
- you confirm you are not in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as "terrorist supporting", and you are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties;
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
8. Google Play
If you got the App from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. Google is not responsible for the App or for supporting it.
