This Privacy Policy explains how RnT Games ("RnT", "we", "us") handles information when you play our games, use our apps (together, the "Services") or visit rntgames.com. By using the Services you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us: a player name, an email address if you contact us or create an account, and the content of your messages.
- Gameplay information: progress, settings, in-game items and activity needed to run the game and save your progress.
- Device and technical information: device model, operating system, language, app version, IP address, crash logs and an advertising or device identifier.
- Purchase information: in-app purchases are processed by Apple, Google or another platform. We receive confirmation of the transaction (item, time, region), never your full payment card details.
- Cookies and similar technologies on our website, used for basic site function and, where enabled, anonymous analytics.
2. How we use information
- To provide, operate, maintain and improve the Services and save your progress.
- To process purchases and deliver virtual items.
- To fix bugs, prevent cheating, fraud and abuse, and keep the Services secure.
- To answer support requests and send service messages.
- To show advertising, where a game includes it, in line with platform rules and your choices.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
3. Legal bases (EEA/UK players)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: performing our contract with you; our legitimate interests in running and securing the Services; your consent (for example, personalised ads), which you can withdraw at any time; and compliance with law.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only with:
- Service providers that host, analyse, support or secure the Services, under contracts that limit their use of the data.
- Platforms such as Apple and Google, and advertising partners where a game includes ads.
- Authorities or other parties when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and property of RnT, our players or others.
- A buyer or successor if RnT is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
Third-party services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
5. Children
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
6. Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, for example while your account is active, and afterwards as required for legal, accounting or security reasons. See our Data Deletion page to request deletion.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information.
8. International transfers
We and our providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. See Privacy Choices for how to exercise these rights. You may also complain to your local data protection authority, including the Israel Privacy Protection Authority.
10. California and US state rights
Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws may request to know, delete or correct their personal information, and to opt out of "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
11. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the date above. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
