Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and RnT Games ("RnT", "we", "us"). They apply to our games, apps, website and related services (the "Services"). By downloading, accessing or using the Services you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the Services. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you may use the Services only with the permission of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use, including any purchases.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account, for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under it. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorised use. We are not responsible for losses caused by someone else using your account.
3. Licence
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for your own non-commercial entertainment, in line with these Terms and our EULA. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by RnT and its licensors.
4. Virtual coins and items
Virtual currency and items are governed by our Virtual Coins Policy. In short: they are a limited licence, have no real-world value, cannot be cashed out and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
5. Rules of conduct
You agree not to:
- cheat, use bots, hacks, exploits or unauthorised third-party software;
- copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or create derivative works of the Services, except where the law expressly allows it;
- sell, trade or transfer accounts, coins or items, or use the Services for any commercial purpose;
- harass, threaten or abuse others, or post unlawful, hateful, sexual or infringing content;
- interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services or our systems;
- use the Services in violation of any law.
6. User content
If you submit content (for example a player name or messages), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, host, display and modify it to operate the Services. You are responsible for your content, and we may remove any content at our discretion.
7. Intellectual property
The Services, including all games, characters, artwork, music, software, names and logos, are owned by RnT or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.
8. Changes to the Services
Games are continually developed. We may change, update, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services, including features, content, coins and items, at any time and without liability to you, to the extent the law allows.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have broken these Terms, the law, or harmed other players or RnT. On termination your licence ends and you may lose your account, progress, coins and items without compensation, unless the law requires otherwise. You may stop using the Services at any time.
10. Third-party platforms and services
The Services may be distributed through or link to third parties such as Apple, Google or payment and advertising providers. Their terms also apply, and RnT is not responsible for third-party services, content or practices.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RnT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT DATA OR PROGRESS WILL NOT BE LOST.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RnT AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, PROGRESS, VIRTUAL ITEMS OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 6 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR USD 50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RnT and its owners, employees and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content or your breach of these Terms.
14. Health and safety
Take regular breaks while playing. A small number of people may experience seizures or discomfort when exposed to flashing lights or patterns. If you or a family member has a history of epilepsy, consult a doctor before playing, and stop immediately if you feel unwell.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively by the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel, unless mandatory consumer law in your country gives you the right to bring proceedings where you live.
16. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms; we may assign them, for example in a sale of our business. These Terms, together with the policies referenced here, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here and update the date above, and where the change is significant we will try to tell you in the game or by email. Continuing to use the Services after the change means you accept it.
